Here is a list of all the possible Rogers text message and picture message charges

When you send text messages in Canada there is no long distance or local calling area. You may text anywhere in Canada for $0.15 per sent text message and $0.15 to receive .You are charged to receive now unless you subscribe to a text plan.

Please note if you are Roaming outside of Canada you will be charged $0.75 per sent messages and $0.15 to receive.
