Problems With Signing Up With New Providers Like WIND Mobile (Globalive)

Problems With Signing Up With New Providers Like WIND Mobile (Globalive)

The possible problems or risks with dealing with a new service provider such as WIND mobile are:

  • Unreliable Network - growing pains are to be expected
  • New Unfamiliar Contract which proves to be costly in the end. (hidden fees)
  • Expensive Mobile Phones - old generation GSM phones, and even many newer phones, like the iPhone and most Blackberries won't work on WIND
  • Limited and Spotty Coverage Area - There is nothing worse than dropped calls, or not having service when you need it

You're basically acting as a guineapig from your point of view because you do not know exactly what to expect considering there is no experience with the network. There is fortunately experience with WIND mobile in Europe (Italy and Greece). Alot about the company can be learned by examining the brand in practice within Europe. Unfortunately North American and European markets have distinct differences and alot about the way the company functions will not transfer over to North America. Costs will be set in comparison to those of the European market, but also by those already in America. Customer service will of course be geared towards the North American markets.

1. Those information about Wind

Those information about Wind are absloutly untrue , however if you are facing any issues with Wind Customer Service are available around the clock , and Wind canada has nothing to do with Wind in Europe if you dont know that then Check Canadian Constitution about Canadian Cumminication company's or dont make ignorant information about companys , please Don't speak of ignorance that will hurt your own integrity .

2. PROMISE BREAKER WIND MOBILE

Submitted by Paul Simon (not verified) on Fri, 11/26/2010 - 04:28.

After repeated tryout of contacting the 2nd level customer relation team regarding my unlimited infinite add-on, i am writing this message.
When i had signed up with Wind Mobile and added the unlimited long distance $20 infinite add-on, there was no specific statement which said that I could only talk 150 minutes per day. However, without providing any advance notice, my long distance service add-on has been permanently disabled. Although I was told that someone would be calling me back regarding this matter, there has not been any contact so far.
It is clearly a breach of contract without providing any advance notice. PROMISE BREAKER WIND MOBILE !!!

Have you experienced network issues with wind? Have you been charged roaming within Wind Home? Have you BEN treated unprofessionally by Wind Customer Service?
If you answered Yes to one of the above questions, please we want to hear from you, we want you to be a member of Wind Network Victims Group to claim your rights.

4. Do you work for the big 3?

Do you work for the big 3? The absolute LACK of hidden charges from Wind is why it is so successful. Rogers, I meant Robbers, your time is up.
