Long distance charges may be applicable to both
incoming and outgoing calls. If you receive and answer a call while
traveling outside your home service area, long distance charges will
apply. For example, if you have a Halifax mobile number and are in
Vancouver when you answer a call, you will incur long distance charges
from Halifax to Vancouver.

Outgoing calls are local to the area/city from which you are dialing,
regardless of your home service area. For example, if you have a
Halifax number and you are in Vancouver making an outgoing local call to
Vancouver, only airtime charges apply, as per your price plan structure.
If the call is not local, you will hear a recording notifying you of the
existence of long distance charges for that call when using Bell
Mobility's network.
